Bio

I am very proud of my Minnesota roots. I pretend to be annoyed when my California friends make jokes about it, but I secretly love it. I love the snow jokes, the you betcha comments, all of it. I grew up doing lots of sports; mostly competitive swimming, soccer, and snowboarding; but I was always channelling my weird theatre kid side- which started in elementary school when I would force my friends to come up with ‘skits’ on the playground. At a young age I was making goofy little movies with my friends and family, and they all had a hunch I would wanna be on stage one day. I did shows all through middle school, high school, and now college, and have studied acting, musical theatre, and classical music & opera, and have been involved in sketch comedy and improv. I love it all, and want to keep doing it all.

I was raised by two of the best people on this earth; my parents. With my dad being a musician, graphic designer, and surfer dude at heart, and my mom being an teacher that brings joy and inspiration to any room let alone her classroom, I was surrounded by family that pushed me to be the best I could be, ALWAYS, and encouraged me to pursue my artistic interests. This filled my upbringing with creativity, love, support, and guidance. This strong foundation of family and love is what gave me the green light, and the bravery, to go into the performing arts as my career, and what wakes me up every morning excited and eager to keep moving.
